Fencing & Fitness

Fit Fencing is a program designed for adults who want to try fencing for the first time. Fencing is a fun way to exercise, with a long list of benefits for body and mind. The sport is often called “physical chess” because it combines exercise with sophisticated tactics to score a touch. Fencing will free your mind from outside stress, and it will improve your flexibility, agility, and strength. It is never too late to start fencing!


Our Fit Fencing program focuses on epee because it is the easiest weapon to learn. Its simplicity also enables a lot of sophistication and room for building your own personal style. 



Mon & Wed 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM

Fri is open fencing from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM
